Our Hotel Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:
There’s an extra person fee of $300.00 MXN per adult and $180.00 MXN per child (if it’s considered necessary the room will change). 

Children policy:

Children are up to 11 years old. 12 years old and older pay adult rate; 3 years old and younger are free and can share the room with their parents.

Pet Policy:
The hotel has some pet-friendly rooms, as long as the pet is medium to small sized. Pets must be registered at the moment of making the reservation.

Overbooking:
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
